the location was very central, next to the town centre and the central station and centrum. it also was within walking distance of everything.

Staff were friendly and kind at any hour!!

The standard queen room with a big window looking to the garden, facilities worked for us.

The room I stayed in was nice, the bathroom was clean, and there was a big window overlooking the garden; the breakfast they provided was tasty with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

Marvellous location in the tranquil area, not far from the center, the train station and Eindhoven centrum. For tea or coffee visit Brownies & downies nearby. Well cleaned appropriate rooms with a TV, clean bathroom and the garden.

The room was well cleaned and huge with central heating, a writing table, and ironing facilities.

I recently had the most amazing stay at a cozy B&B on Smitsstraat. The host was exceptional, providing VIP service and personalized attention. The breakfast was to die for, with perfect pancakes, fried bacon and eggs, and a tasty parfait. They even offered freshly prepared organic berry juice. The location was convenient, just a short walk from top sights. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water. it was excellent value for money and I felt at home thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the lovely owners.

The only drawback is that the B&B was not easy to find at first.

Free WiFi to share all my posh adventures, a garden with garden views for my afternoon tea, and close to a museum for my cultured soul.

A staircase that reminded me of climbing Mount Everest in heels.

The hostess was discreet, but always ready to prepare a delicious breakfast tailored to my preferences. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy, antique feel. The location was also very convenient. I highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located in a beautiful area, close to the city center and within walking distance to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and cute. They allowed us to drop off our belongings early and efficiently prepared our room. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast served here was really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We felt immediately at home and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.
